technology and telecommunications center in free trade zone area. The main
purpose behind this is to invite multination Hi -Tech companies to open their

offices in free trade zone some of them are Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Cisco,
and IBM and they have started operating their projects.
The basic idea was given by the king of UAE, Sheikh
Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He wanted to turn Dubai into a Hi-Tech city which will provide
Hi-Tech solutions to entire world though technology giants of the information
technology, as a wise businessman he made this happen very soon. International
workforce diversity can be seen under this DIC. More than 70 different
country’s skilled professional are working different companies here.
